There is a fault on our landline - while it may appear that the phone is ringing out unanswered - it is not ringing at this end - we apologise for this and hope to have had it repaired by Tuesday.
In the meantime, calls have been diverted to a mobile, but please bear with us - only one person able to answer it and they will be providing face to face customer service at the same time.
